Discovery & planning
We review your requirements and any existing build, map user journeys and agree the essential features, architecture and exclusions. You know what is included before development begins.

Wireframes & design
We map the key screens and flows so you can see how the product will work. Suitable existing design can be reused. You review and approve the direction before development.

Focused development
I build in sprints around core functionality: onboarding, backend systems, screens and integrations. Each sprint has clear objectives and deliverables.

Testing & feedback
Testing runs throughout development. You review working builds at agreed checkpoints; bugs are addressed along the way and the release is checked against the agreed criteria.

Launch
Once the product is tested and approved, I handle deployment or the relevant App Store submissions and review responses. Store approval times depend on the platform.

Ongoing support
After launch, maintenance, improvements and new features can continue through a separate support agreement, with priorities and scope agreed together.
Feedback is welcome throughout. Out-of-scope requests are discussed, estimated and approved before work starts, or added to a future phase.
